Oversaw and scaled the Affiliate Program from 2020–2023, growing the channel from ~$20M to ~$50M in ARR in three years by deepening partner engagement and improving activation across the program. I also led a full redesign of the commission structure, reducing annual program costs by ~$8M without sacrificing growth.
