My name is Erica Grodin. I’m an affiliate marketing consultant specializing in B2B SaaS.

I’ve spent over a decade building, managing, and revamping affiliate programs at SaaS companies and agencies, working with teams that needed clarity around what was working, what wasn’t, and where to invest next.

Today, I work with B2B SaaS companies as a strategic advisor or fractional affiliate lead, helping them bring structure, focus, and accountability to their affiliate channel. My work typically centers around program launches or relaunches, ongoing optimization, and making sure affiliate spend is aligned to real business outcomes.
